Proposal Validity
Unless a proposal states otherwise, pricing and availability are subject to change until the proposal is accepted and the event is confirmed in writing.
Minimums
Minimum spends, guest counts, staffing requirements, delivery fees, service charges, and travel fees may apply depending on the event type, location, date, and level of service.
Final Headcount
Final guest counts must be submitted by the deadline in the client agreement. The final confirmed count is used for purchasing, staffing, production, and billing.
Dietary Needs & Allergies
Clients must disclose known dietary restrictions and allergies during planning. Maison Legacy Hospitality will make reasonable efforts to accommodate documented needs, but a kitchen or venue may not be allergen-free.
Staffing & Service
Staffing is determined by guest count, menu, venue layout, service style, event duration, and production requirements. Additional service time or staffing requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
Rentals & Equipment
Specialty rentals, tabletop, linens, furniture, equipment, glassware, and other third-party items may be quoted separately unless specifically included in writing.
Travel & Venue Access
Events outside the standard service area may require travel, transportation, lodging, parking, delivery, or other location-related fees. Venue access and load-in requirements must be disclosed during planning.
Overtime & Changes
Overtime, last-minute menu changes, additional guests, extended service, or changes to the event scope may result in additional charges and are subject to availability.
Final Authority
The signed proposal, contract, invoice, and event-specific terms control if they differ from these general website guidelines.
